GPTAha - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Save ChatGPT Conversation browser extension, the GPTAha website, and related services (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by GPTAha ("GPTAha", "we", "us", or "our").
By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services
Save ChatGPT Conversation helps users save and export ChatGPT conversations, including as PDF, Markdown, and JSON files. Some exports may be generated by sending the conversation content you choose to export to our server and to our service providers for processing or rendering.
The Services may include free and paid features, account management, subscription billing, usage limits, branding removal, and support features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time.
GPTAha is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account, devices, browser, and exported files.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
- Export, process, or share content unless you have the right to do so.
- Upload or export malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the Services, usage limits, billing checks, or security controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services unless we agree in writing.
- Misrepresent your relationship with GPTAha or any third-party platform.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm the Services or other users.
4. Your Content
"Your Content" means conversation text, titles, files, feedback, and other materials you submit, export, or process through the Services.
You retain your rights to Your Content. You grant GPTAha a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, format, render, reproduce, and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, including generating export files you request.
This license does not give GPTAha the right to sell Your Content or use your ChatGPT conversation content to train AI models. You are responsible for Your Content and for deciding whether it may be exported, stored, or shared.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process information when you use the Services. Please read it at https://www.gptaha.com/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Browser Extension and Third-Party Services
The browser extension may interact with ChatGPT pages so it can provide export features. Third-party websites and services, including ChatGPT, Google, payment processors, email service providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers, are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or changes they make that affect the Services.
7. Paid Plans, Usage Limits, and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Plan features, prices, and usage limits are shown on the pricing page or checkout flow. Paid plans may include limits such as a maximum number of PDF exports per day.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge recurring subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges for the plan you select. Subscriptions may renew monthly or yearly depending on your selection.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
We may change plan features, prices, and limits from time to time. Changes will apply as described at the time of notice or renewal, subject to applicable law.
8. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, contact [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase to request a refund. We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, excessive use, or a violation of these Terms.
Usage-based charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
GPTAha and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, logos, branding, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Services except where allowed by law or expressly authorized by us in writing.
10. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you. We will treat personal information in feedback according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
We work to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Exports may fail or be delayed because of long conversations, network issues, browser changes, third-party service limits, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of exported files and important content.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that exports will preserve every formatting detail, that the Services will meet your requirements, or that the Services will always be available, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTAha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTAha's total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to GPTAha for the Services in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that may harm GPTAha, other users, or third parties.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about content responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GPTAha is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights in another forum.
